MacPherson Worobec
I believe healing happens when we’re met with warmth, respect, and real listening: when we have space to slow down and reconnect with our own inner wisdom. My work integrates yoga therapy, Focusing (a body-based sensing practice), and somatic approaches rooted in both personal healing and collective liberation.
With a background in acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga, and currently pursuing a graduate degree in social justice-oriented counseling, I bring a deeply trauma-informed and body-centered lens to this work. My practice is grounded in an understanding of how systemic oppression, trauma, chronic stress, and marginalization shape both body and mind.
Guided by liberatory values, I’m committed to creating spaces where your lived experience is honored, where you don’t have to explain everything, and where healing is rooted in dignity, agency, and relational care. Whether you’re navigating pain, identity, overwhelm, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself, I offer grounded, compassionate presence as you explore what supports your well-being.
